I never want my clients to feel like they are being pushed towards a home they cannot afford. Getting Pre-Approved is one of the best ways to help you understand how much home you are comfortable with paying for. It also is a great way to strengthen your offer by showing sellers how serious you are as a buyer.

Now that you have been Pre-Approved and have a better understanding of how much home you can afford, we can then further discuss your home buying options. This ensures we are looking at homes that meet your needs and goals while also staying within your comfortable budget!

The home search officially begins! Not only will I send you listings that match your criteria, I will also set you up for emails notifications that will be sent to you as soon as a property comes available on the MLS. Together we will determine if the home is a match and then we will coordinate a time to view the property.

From the time our offer is accepted to closing day typically takes about 28-45 days. During that time we will make sure all terms within our contract are being met so that closing can go as smooth as possible! On closing day, the final paperwork is signed, and the home is officially transferred to you! Congratulations! You'll received the keys and move in!
